Decomposing Monstre = b&
This incident at a Louis Landon concert, complete with Cosby Block, Doomsday, and a couple of mega-prims, led to a b&.
(I don’t have anything to do with these guys)
Robert Scoble got b& from the world thingee the lame way, by letting his 12-year-old son use his account, lol.
If you’re going to get banned, at least get banned for something interesting. Running around in a KKK outfit shouting “Sieg Heil” may be lame, and grid attacks are really fucking lame, but neither are as lame as this.

Voted 5 = b&
There you go, Porky! Does it make you happy? Of course, Voted 5 probably deserved the b&hammer for crashing the grid, but it also means that a whole bunch of talented builders and scripters got screwed over big-time.
